Hoffman’s first assignment is often a single event.

 We identify elements of workspace change, identify the type and volume of contents to move and determine the roles of movers and staff moving.

 Our milestone schedule considers space ready dates, lease expirations, operational needs and IT feedback.

 Our key staff will manage our engagement and field staff will be on-site to lead client facing support.
